Well we just got back from a trip to Tunica, Miss. and Memphis Tn. It was fun but I guess the actual travel time about 10 hours is not very much fun and I get bored. This leads to pessimism which in turn causes bitchyness and then my wife tells me that "I love you but your a nut". So contrary to popular opinion I'm not loveable 100% of the time. Any way we and by we I mean myself, Susan, Russ Bradshaw, and Olinda Wheatly, did some gambling. Well they did I just watched. Except there was this game called HAPPY CAMPER which had several icons like fire, hotdogs, tent, mustard, bear etc that was fun to play. I started with a dollar and soon was over $5. Then Susan came alon and said "Oh honey you should bet more than a penny try 20 cents. And wallah my money was gone, so I didn't try any more. All toll she broke even for the trip. The buffets were awesome, and we ate at one the Paula Dean buffet which was pretty darned good. Shortly thereafter Russ hit for $400 dollars and had promised Lynn that if he won the big prize he would buy her some Paula Dean dry measuring cups. Now in the store measuring cups are about $5 but these are special and cost $65. Whew! We visited a couple of places. One was the Mississippi River Museum which was nice. The the next day we visited Sun Records which is where Elvis got his start. It is a museum and still a working reocrding sutdio. Well the last part of the tour takes place in the Recording studio and the girl who conducted the tour saw I had a cane and told me she had a place I could sit. It turned out the was the seat in the drum set. So there I am in the place Elvis recorded sitting in the drum set. Wow thats a highlight. We ate at Sonic at least 4 times which I love. Oh and shopped at Blythville Ark. Walmart, as well as the Mt.Vernon ILL Wal-
Mart. We enjoyed our trip but there is no place like home
